Resin Cast Three Phase Outdoor Instrument Current Transformer

The outdoor instrument current transformers LZZW-33 are fully
enclosed and cast in epoxy resin. Instrument transformer is
equipped with one core and coil assembly rated for measurement and
protection, and then output multi ratio. The current transformers
are designed for electric power systems of 50Hz/60Hz rated
frequency and 35kV rated voltage. They are used for outdoor
mounting. The performances of the products meet standards
IEC60044-1, IEC61869-2 and ANSI/IEEE C57.13. The products are
applied to metering electric energy, voltage controlling and relay
protection.
Current transformers are designed to provide a scaled down replica
of the current in the MV line and isolate the measuring
instruments, meters, relays, etc. from the power circuit. GFUVE
CR/CP/CE series are dry type outdoor service current Transformers
rated for use on electrical line systems from 5kV up to 69kV. The
CR/CP/CE units are IEEE, CAN/CSA, IEC compliant.
Instrument transformers translate the currents and voltages of the
M.V. lines to values, which are measurable by meters and
protections. GFUVE offers a wide range that covers all our
customers' needs. Current, voltage and combined transformers, dry
or oil-paper insulation up to 72.5 kV.
The current transformers match 35~1000kV high voltage switchgears
are including the current transformers for outdoor of busbar going
through with the stainless steel or aluminium cases, secondary
windings with the insulating material wound, casted by epoxy resin
with the flanges, installed with the enclosures and so on. LZZW-33
outdoor current transformer is casting resin insulated, pillar
structure, with protective class and fully enclosed. It is used for
metering electric energy and current monitoring, relay protection
in the electrical system of rated frequency 50/60Hz rated voltage
33 kV. It can be used for medial voltage AIS, or can be used for
medial voltage switchgears. They can operate in all kinds of
environments (such as wide range temperature (-50~60℃), high
altitude, high humidity, high pollution or salt).
