GF311 Handheld Multifunction Protection Relay Test, phase angle

The GF311 is specifically designed for measurements on electrical
power systems. It is capable of displaying the phase angle
relationship between three power signals, which can be three
currents, three voltages or any combination. Currents up to 10 A
and voltages up to 500 V can be applied directly to the instrument.
The current input range can be extended by new clamp on cts.
GF311 Phase-Angle Meter an instrument used to measure the cosine of
the phase-shift angle, or the power factor, between voltage and
current in electric AC circuits at frequencies specified for mains
used by industry or to measure the phase difference of electric
oscillations.
GF311 multifunction phase angle meter can be applied to electric
power dispatching center, relay protection department or relay
protection in power plant. Its metric division class makes it
suitable for petroleum, railways and the iron and steel industries
